Beautiful view, multiple balconies

The room I had was spacious with a fantastic front view of the lake, way bigger than I expected, giving me the chance to work inside or on the balcony without feeling cramped. The effective blackout shutters made it easy to catch some sleep at night, a genuine relief after long days.

Despite the good room size, I found the decor pretty outdated, which didn’t match the price tag. The water temperature in the showers was an inconsistent mess—definitely not ideal for a comfortable wash after a long day. Plus, the parking situation felt odd. having to ask for an attendant every single time to access my vehicle in the garage was more hassle than needed. The noise from the busy main street outside could be an issue for light sleepers, and the tiny elevators made lugging my gear a bit of a chore.

The spacious room had a magnificent view of Lake Lugano and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered excellent variety and quality. I especially appreciated the helpful staff who assisted me with my luggage and provided great local recommendations.
